When I learned people were making money off their platforms, I struggled and stumbled to figure out how I could make money too. After a few years of trial and error, I'm here to tell you that it is possible to negotiate and be paid by brands as a micro-influencer.
Hi! I'm Emma
In 2017, I earned my first paid brand campaign for $200.
In 2018, I earned $10,000 in revenue from my blog and Instagram (on top of my full-time job).
In 2019, I earned $40,000 in revenue from my blog and Instagram (on top of my full-time job).
And in 2020, I matched and surpassed my former aerospace salary of $90,000 and earned 6-figures for this first time as a content creator.
As a blogger and influencer, it’s taken me years to feel comfortable asking brands to be paid. I started my blog in 2014, started taking it seriously in 2016, and landed my first brand campaign in 2017.
I know how hard it is to navigate the blogging world and to figure out how to work with brands.
My goal is to help other bloggers and influencers not be afraid to negotiate and have to confidence to ask brands to be paid.
